Payment

Payment is due as set out in your quote. Prices are in Australian dollars. We will tell you whether GST applies before you accept a quote.

Ownership of your work

Ownership of the website, content and other work we create for you is set out in your project agreement. You remain the owner of the material you give us, such as your logo, photos and text, and you confirm you have the right to let us use it.

Results

We do careful, honest work, but search rankings, traffic and sales depend on things outside our control, including search engines and competitors. We do not guarantee any particular ranking or result.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
